How to es eigentlich, dass man sich heutzutage offensichtlich in der Politik mit grotesken Vorstellungen so schnell arrangiert? Weil es fast täglich so viele neue davon gibt?
Die groteske Vorstellung, die mich im Moment bewegt, ist die, dass 32 Tage nach der Landtagswahl in NRW fest davon auszugehen ist, dass das Schulwesen gründlich umgestaltet werden wird, dass man aber bestenfalls im Trend sagen kann, wie es verändert werden wird.
Das liegt nun daran, dass sich die Motorik der Veränderung nicht aus der Pädagogik oder der Schule selbst speist, sondern aus der Ideologie in Parteiprogrammen. Und da aufgrund der - wohl noch eine Weile andauernden - (Koalitions-)Verhandlungen der Parteien noch gar nicht abzusehen ist, wer mit wem regieren wird, kann man auch nicht sagen, wie die Schulen sich in den kommenden Monaten und Jahren verändern werden. Nur, dass sie sich verändern werden, davon ist angesichts des Wahlergebnisses auszugehen.
Jeder halbwegs geradeaus denkende Mensch wird nun aber nicht bestreiten können, dass die Effektivität von Schule - also der Ertrag an Bildung, Erziehung, Fähigkeiten, Fertigkeiten, Einstellungen, Werthaltungen, Fundament für ein Weiterlernen, etc. – verschieden sein wird, bezogen auf die jeweilige Struktur des Schul- bzw.
